This page says who owns what, because this site publishes three different kinds of material with three different answers, and blurring them would be unfair to everybody involved.

Offsets mirrored from elsewhere — not ours

The default tier of Windows offsets published on this site was not produced by rbxoffsets. It comes from theo’s open-source offset dumper, published at offsets.imtheo.lol, and is mirrored here with credit and labelled default wherever it appears, to keep it distinct from the verified sets this project produces itself.

We copy rather than link for one reason: permanence. Upstream ages older dumps out, and an integration pinned to a build from six months ago should not break because of it. Mirroring means those offsets keep resolving at a stable address, and it means an outage upstream does not take these pages down with it.

rbxoffsets claims no ownership of that work whatsoever. The source is named on every page that shows it and in every API response that serves it. All rights, credit and authorship remain with the original author, and the terms of the upstream project govern that material. If the author would prefer it were not mirrored here, that request will be honoured immediately — write to the contact route published on this project’s public repository.

Offsets and material produced here — ours

The following are the original work of rbxoffsets and are copyright rbxoffsets:

• Verified Windows, macOS, Android offsets, which are dumped, checked and published by this project — they do not exist anywhere else, and producing them is the work this site is built around.
• This site: its written content, its documentation, its page and API design, and its source code.
• The archive itself: the compiled record of builds, identifiers, release order and metadata, as a collection.

What you may do with them — effectively anything

Use of the offsets published by this project is open to everybody. Read them, download them, embed them in your own project, redistribute them, build a commercial product on them. No permission is needed, no fee is charged, no licence has to be signed, and there is no requirement to ask first. Publishing them so that people can use them is the entire purpose of publishing them, and a restriction that got in the way of that would defeat the point.

A credit and a link back is appreciated and is never required.

What you may not do

The one line that does exist: do not present this work as your own. Specifically, do not republish these offsets or this archive under a claim of authorship, do not strip the attribution and re-host them as an original dump, and do not represent yourself as the producer of dumps you took from here. Doing so is a misrepresentation and an infringement of the copyright above, and it will be pursued — through the host, through the platform, or otherwise as appropriate.

The distinction is simple and it is not a trap: using our offsets is unreservedly welcome, and claiming our offsets is not.

The Roblox client packages — Roblox Corporation’s

The client packages stored and served here are Roblox Corporation’s software. They are copied unmodified from publicly available distribution points and kept so that a specific build remains retrievable after it has been superseded. rbxoffsets claims no rights in them, alters nothing about them, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation, used here descriptively to identify the software being tracked. Your use of that software is governed by Roblox Corporation’s terms.
